Roger is an executive coach, mentor and management trainer with over 20 years experience.Â
He regularly coaches and mentors all levels of staff from Chief Executives downwards, and has a highly interactive and searching training style that encourages discussion and application through the use of Accelerated Learning techniques. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring through OPM (the Office of Public Management) and a Certificate in Life Coaching, and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. He is a TAP qualified trainer, and a registered practitioner of the British Psychological Society. At present, Roger is a managing director and a leading trainer at ST*R Learning Ltd. |

2 days Workshop Program:
Learners will be expected to complete some pre-workshop exercises and questionnaires before the training starts.

METHODS AND SUPPORT
The theory sessions will be conducted using a variety of questionnaires, role plays and case studies, as well as tutorial input. Qualified Master Trainer uses Accelerated Learning techniques; the key learning process will be by discovery and exploration â it is not a lecture. These discussions will be supported by learners receiving a series of detailed âFurther Readingâ packs containing many pages of detailed summaries of the models and concepts they will have been discussing. Also, there will be 2 home assignment tasks.
SUPPORT:
Personal Supervision – Each participant will be offered an online individual tutorial or personal mentoring supervision session, lasting about one hour.
Action Learning – In one hour Action Learning session learners will bring their own issues to discuss with each other and share insights or learnings they have acquired through reading or reflection.
Help-Line – Throughout the programme, learners will have access to a support service from trainer-coach.Â
